Animations are very simple. Animation types are blinking, bobbing, and floating objects such as hearts.

Resolutions
Anthro/Humanoid Characters may be subject to crops to portrait style resolutions so that they fit better. This may change the resolution to become slightly bigger or smaller than the desired resolution. I'll let you know about this.

Terms of Service
By purchasing a commission or design from me, you agree to these terms.
General Artwork Terms
Artwork may not be used for commercial purposes.
You may use the price you paid for my work to add on to the sales of a character (if the design creator or original species group allows it). You may not sell the artwork seperate from the character.
Only commissioners of an artwork may post it to other websites. If you do this, please credit me.
Do not claim my artwork or designs as your own.
Do not edit my artworks without my express permission. Adding a background or outline to transparent images like pixel art is permitted. Please ask me about what you are going to edit.
I hold the right to use art commissioned from me for examples, portfolio, and promotion.
I have the right to deny a commission request for any reason.
My watermark is not removable. Please don't remove it.
Payment
Payment is accepted via Paypal in USD.
All payment must be made up front.

Refund Policy
Once the commission is paid for it is not refundable.
If I have decided I will no longer be able to do your commission, you will be refunded fully.
Work-In-Progress Policy
For full artworks, WIPS will by default be shown during the sketch, lineart and color phase, and shading phase. During these phases, edits may be asked of for free. After the sketch phase, excessive edit requests (such as an entire change in pose) may be charged with a fee.
After the artwork is completed, asks for edits may be declined or you will be charged a fee. This is because once an artwork is finished, the layers are often merged and topped with effects that are not easily replicated. This makes it hard to go back and edit work without having to restart certain phases.I will always wait a week for your approval of a WIP. If I do not get a reply after a week, I will continue to the next WIP phase until the commission is complete.Artworks that do not by default feature WIPS is simple pixel art and similar transparent works. If you would like a WIP of your pixel art, you are welcome to ask what you would like.
Time it takes
The time it takes to finish a commission will vary depending on motivation, health, other commissions, complexity of the commission and the commissioned art type. I try my best to have a commission finished in a month or less, but this will vary, especially if I take on multiple commissions.If you have a deadline you want your commission to be done by, you MUST warn me at least 2-3 months in advance. That way I will have time to create the work in case I am busy. I reserve the right to deny deadlines, but I will let you know before you commission so you can determine if you would still like to commission me.Commissions will be done in order of the queue, which you can find below.
Closed species terms of service
These terms apply to my active closed species, Tuftz, as well as my inactive closed species. By purchasing or commissioning me for a design of these species, you agree to these rules.
General Terms
You may not claim art I've done of the character in question as your own, nor its design (unless it's a MYO of course). If you create tweaks, you are free to say so.
This is always a given in any community, but rudeness towards other owners or me is not tolerated, and can get you blacklisted, blocked, or avoided in the future.
Anything overly sexual is not allowed in the public species groups. Gore is allowed, but this is case by case and may not be allowed in the group if it is too intense.
Please be careful about owners, and be sure to ask for proof of ownership from them before trading or buying a character! I am not responsible if you are scammed, so be wary.
If someone is bothering you about your character, you are welcome to report the user or note me about the issue at hand.
Offbrands of my species are not tolerated in my groups, nor have I ever been comfortable with offbrands. However, please do not report offbrands to me. Do not harass offbranders, this can lead to blacklisting.
You are not allowed to buy or offer on species adopts made by me if your account is a month old or less and there is no evidence that you've moved from another account. Feel free to trade with others though, this is only my personal guideline.
Rules on your character
Own a species character? Here's the rules that go with them!Once your design is made you are free to use it as you wish such as role-play, trading, and selling (please read the sale rules). However, you are not allowed to claim the design, nor the art I've drawn of the adopt as your own (unless its a MYO).
You are welcome to tweak the design of your adoptable to suit to your liking (colors, markings and traits). Note however, that tweaks must be similar to what the character was before. Please note me changes for approval.
CO-OWNING IS NOT ALLOWED. If you have co-owned a species character before before June 4, 2016 and have proof of such, then you are welcome to keep your co-ownership.
You may NOT sell the character for more than you paid for unless it has art or the sale value you have in mind is within reason. It is best to note me for approval of the adjusted price. But please tell me of the sale so that I can record the new owner. I understand if you have emergencies or urgent needs. If you really need to sell characters, please DM me with your reasoning. I ask that you don't misuse this.
You may trade your character for any non-monetary item, but please tell me of the trade so that I can record the new owners.
It is important to screenshot proof of ownership, please keep proof screenshots stashed at all times!
Voucher trades of any amount are allowed regardless of the worth of your oc.
MYO slot rules
MYO SLOTS MAY NOT BE TRADED UNTIL THEY HAVE AN APPROVED DESIGN. They can be sold for how much they were purchased for.
You are welcome to commission someone other than me to design for you.
Always have proof of the slot available.
MYO designs must be approved by me before they become official designs.
Once your design is finished, you can trade it or sell it for how much you've spent on the slot or have add-ons with art, or have a price within reason. I understand if you have emergencies or urgent needs. If you really need to sell characters, please note me with your reasoning. I ask that you don't misuse this.
Vouchers are fine for COMPLETED MYOs, not unused slots.
